Working With Us

The Process

If you have a client interested in Mt. Tabor Meadows, schedule a community tour with Justin Boyle (540.230.5470 or During the tour, we will walk through the community to show you and your client the interior and exterior of our finished homes, available homes under construction and the common space area.

Pre-Construction & Contract

We work directly with your client to choose their lot, floorplan, modifications and timeline. Once a contract is signed, GVB pays for construction as the house is being built and the only money that changes hands before closing is an initial deposit and 1/2 of any upgrades above the contract amount.

During Construction

We try to keep things as easy as possible for the client with clear and constant communication. There are a five onsite meetings during the construction process with GVB and the client to review progress. Selections and upgrades are handled regularly in our model home or in selection meetings.


Once construction is complete and the client is happy, closing is scheduled and commissions are paid at closing.
